That's interesting. Here in Malaysia, curry kapitan is a dish associated with the local Straits-born Chinese community. It became popular over here during the British colonial era, so I suspect that it is linked to the Anglo-Indian version somehow. Do you have a recipe? It would be nice to compare them!
