I used to live in France and there, a woman of a certain age being in a romantic / sexual relationship with a much younger man is fairly common and wouldn't raise any eyebrows, at least not like in certain other countries. Heck, my neighbour who was in her fifties was going out with a man 20 years younger than herself.
